PoolChem Tracker is designed with privacy as a core principle. The App operates entirely on your device. Your pool-related data is not transmitted to PoolChem Tracker or its developers and is not stored on any external servers.

This policy covers the PoolChem Tracker mobile application. The PoolChem Tracker website is governed by a separate Privacy Policy.

Information in the App

Data You Enter

When using the App, you may enter information such as water test results, pool settings, and maintenance records. This information:

• Is stored locally on your device
• Is not transmitted to us or any third party
• Is not accessible to PoolChem Tracker or its developers

Information We Do Not Collect Through the App

PoolChem Tracker does not collect or receive the following through the App:

• Names or contact information
• Email addresses (unless you contact us directly)
• Location data
• Device identifiers
• Usage analytics or tracking data
• Pool records or user-generated content

No account or registration is required to use the App.

Data Storage

All App data is stored locally on your device. Because of this:

• Clearing the App or device data may permanently delete your information
• Switching devices may require restoring from your own backup
• We cannot recover lost data

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups using export features or device backup tools.

Third-Party Services and Payments

The App does not transmit your pool data to external servers. All resources used by the App, including charting libraries, are bundled within it. No network requests are made to external servers during normal App usage.

If you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple may provide limited transaction-related information necessary to validate purchases.

Contacting Us

If you contact us by email, we may receive your email address, the content of your message, and any information you choose to include. We use this information only to respond to support requests and do not use it for advertising or tracking.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App. If you believe a child has contacted us and provided personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

California Privacy Rights

Because PoolChem Tracker does not collect or store personal information within the App, we do not have personal data to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. We do not sell or share personal information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by changing the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
